Residing/Recladding by Multi Family Siding Experts
Recladding is a big part of our business. We have the expertise to make sure you get the best products and service that will give your building a long lasting warranty. This building originally had certainteed (aka Allura) siding and primed spruce trim. The building was roughly 10 year old and the spruce started to rot and the certainteed started to fall apart. The siding had cracked, shrunk and faded to the point where it needed to be replaced. The owner so very disappointed – this product was suppose to have a 50-year warranty.
