Exterior Work for Keystone's Lakes and Acreage
Keystone is not a typical Tampa suburb, and it does not have typical suburban exterior problems. This corner of northwest Hillsborough County — the oak-canopied acreage between Odessa and Citrus Park, laced with lakes like Lake Keystone and reached by Gunn Highway and the Veterans Expressway — is full of large custom homes on big wooded lots. Trees shade the roofs, lakes feed the humidity, and long private drives mean problems go unnoticed until they are expensive. Alpine Exteriors handles roofing, siding, and window replacement for exactly these properties.
Tree cover is the defining factor here. Oaks that make Keystone beautiful also drop limbs on shingle roofs during summer thunderstorms, hold moisture against north-facing walls where algae and rot take hold, and blanket gutters and roof valleys with leaf litter that traps water. Our inspections start from that premise: on a wooded Keystone lot, we check the shaded, hidden elevations first.
