Real Work for a Real Neighborhood
Memphis does not make many maps. Tucked along US 41 between Palmetto and Bradenton, a few blocks from the Manatee River, it is one of Manatee County's oldest working communities — modest mid-century block homes and cottages on quiet grids, owned by people who fix what breaks and expect fair value when they hire it done. Alpine Exteriors respects that. We bring the same crews, the same materials, and the same standards to a Memphis bungalow that we bring to waterfront property, priced honestly for the job in front of us.
The climate here does not scale down for smaller houses. Storm wind coming up the river tests every roof edge in the neighborhood, the bay's humidity works on wood trim year-round, and summer sun punishes south-facing walls along the 41 corridor the same as anywhere in Florida. Older homes with decades of layered repairs often hide the most urgent problems — which is why we always inspect before we quote.
