Cheval's architectural review process applies to outdoor structures, and we build that into the project rather than treating it as a surprise. We produce clean drawings, material and color specifications, and railing details for submittal, and we design to sit naturally against 1990s and 2000s stucco elevations — no bolt-on look, no visual argument with the house.

We engineer connections for uplift, use corrosion-rated hardware suited to our humidity, and pull proper Hillsborough County permits on every structural build.
