How We Build a Roof That Outlasts Its Warranty
The difference between a ten-year roof and a thirty-year roof is invisible from the street. It is in the deck renailing, the sealed seams beneath the underlayment, self-adhering membrane in valleys and at eaves, new flashing at every penetration, and shingles nailed in the zone the manufacturer specifies rather than wherever the gun was pointing. The current Florida Building Code mandates much of this; our own standards cover the rest. Then we photograph the assembly stage by stage, so your wind-mitigation inspection has proof instead of assumptions — and your premium reflects the roof you bought.
Repair honestly, replace when the math says so
Not every leak means a new roof. Lifted shingles after a storm, a failed pipe boot, flashing pulling away from a chimney — these are repairs, and we quote them as repairs. When the deck is soft or the shingles are past their service life, we will show you photographic evidence and explain why patching would be spending good money on a bad roof. You get the reasoning either way.
- Complete roof replacement — architectural shingle and metal, sealed-deck installation
- Storm and leak repair — scoped honestly, fixed at the source
- Insurance claim support — documentation and straight answers, no theatrics
- Ventilation and flashing correction — the details that decide roof lifespan
The Numbers Behind the Name
Alpine Exteriors brings 25 years in business and more than 2,000 completed projects to Brandon rooftops, and every installation leaves under a 25-year workmanship warranty. We can promise a quarter century of coverage because we have already operated for one.
If your roof is aging toward an insurer's deadline, or the last thunderstorm left evidence on a bedroom ceiling, schedule a free on-site estimate. We climb the roof, document what we find, and give you a number rooted in your shingles — not the neighborhood average.
